How to Make Gravy from Drippings?

  • 2 tbsp of pan drippings
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 2 cups of bouillon or stock

Start with draining excess fat from the pan, if there’s any. If you think the amount of fat is not enough, you can add butter. Then heat the pan over the medium heat, stirring it continuously. Stirring will ensure that the mixture won’t get burned.
